Our Policies
- If you would like to view our full Child Protection Policy, click here.
- All of the people that help with the children MUST have their clearances (Child Abuse History CY113, PA Criminal Background Check SPA-164A, FBI Fingerprinting, and Mandated Reporting).
- Children are considered part of the children’s ministries (and no longer go to the nursery) after they turn 3.
- Children move up from one class to another– both for Sundays and Wednesdays– the August after they “age-up.” For example, if a child turns 9 in June, they will not advance to a new class until August. The cut off for “age-up” is if their birthday falls before October 15.
- Any 12 year-old is able to go to all children’s events and SOME teen events, but not able to go to the teen class.
- All children that are attending any events must have a permission slip. Regular attendees can fill out a yearly slip while others can fill out an event specific slip. If you have questions, click here. It will download a file explaining the need for permission slips.
- Talk to Penny, Misty or Ashley if you have questions.
