Prayer Request

We received a prayer from Bonnie Strayer for the family of her first cousin, Daniel Roy Walter, from the Claysburg area. He had a heart attack on Sunday and passed away. Please pray for this family who has suffered a tragic loss and is not able to properly mourn his passing. Pray that the family will be able to find ways to mourn and that they will be at peace over this situation. Also, pray that the family will find joy in the days to come as they remember their dear loved one.

Thank You

Prayer Request:

Hi Everybody,

I received a prayer request from Juleen for a friends family in our area who has been afflicted with and suffering from the COVID 19 virus. One member of the family was exposed to the virus where he works and before he found out had also exposed the rest of his family. By my understanding there at least seven members of this family suffering with the virus, with an aunt hospitalized in very bad shape, wasn’t expected to make it through the night last night.

So, we are calling all prayer warriors and asking you to pray for the well being of this family. Ask the Lord to stop the spread of this virus within our community and especially in this family. Pray that each member of this family begins to feel the Lord’s healing touch and would make a full recovery as soon as possible. Especially pray for this Aunt who is the most severe condition; pray that she would begin to recover and that they will see improvement in her status as soon as possible. Pray that the medical teams that are working in the hospitals will be protected by the Lord, especially those working with COVID patients.

Thank You

Pastor Kevin

Prayer Request:

Hi Everybody

I have a couple of prayer requests. Bryan Mock contacted me and let me know that Terry Straight that we requested prayer for Thursday has passed away from the effects of COVID 19. He leaves behind his wife and two children. We ask that you pray for this family as they try to pick up the pieces after such a tragic loss. Pray that in the days to come that they would find comfort and peace. Pray that they would remain healthy and will come to find joy in the days to come through the Lord.

Next, Jan has asked us to pray for Tiffany, one of her coworkers, and her family. Tiffany is a single mother, Her father has terminal cancer and they lost her mother suddenly at Christmas with an aneurism. Tiffany has no family other than her father locally, and a brother who lives in Maryland. So, the responsibility for caring for her father has fallen to her and he is not doing well. Pray for this family, pray that the father will stage a comeback begin to do better, pray that the Lord would supply Tiffany with the strength and patience to care for her child and father in this most difficult time. Pray for an extraordinary event to take place in their life.

Thank You

Pastor Kevin
