HI Everybody

I received a prayer request from Carolyn Mock for her son Luke and daughter in law Olivia who are expecting a child. Olivia was taken to McGee Women’s Center for complications with the pregnancy. They were hoping to keep Olivia until she was at 34 weeks before delivering the baby, she is currently around 33 weeks. However, Luke was contacted this morning and told they were going to deliver the baby today. Luke is currently on his way to McGee’s and they will try to wait until he arrives before taking her to surgery to deliver the baby.

We pray first and foremost for the health and well being of both Olivia and the baby. Pray that Luke will have traveling mercies as he tries to make it to Pittsburgh as quickly and safely as possible. Pray that this child will be born healthy and although it is a little early is able to be born without any complications and be able to come home when all is well. Pray also that Olivia will be able to recover from the surgery and make a full recovery in God’s timing. Pray also for the other members of the family that their worries and fears will subside and they will be comforted.

Family Fun Night is Friday March 28 at 6:30pm.

There is a Fellowship Meal planned for NEXT Sunday March 30. Please bring a covered dish to share.

We will be collecting candy for our Easter Egg Hunt until Wednesday April 09. Candy must be small enough to fit into a plastic egg. Please NO chocolate or peanut butter. There is a tote in the foyer.

We need 5 or 6 pictures of your children for Children’s Day. Pictures need to be sent to Ashley by Sunday April 13. Her email is in the bulletin.

We will be collecting an Easter Offering on Sunday April 13 and Sunday April 20. Envelopes are in the Foyer.

Craft Night is Thursday March 20 at 6:30pm.

There is a Kindness Outreach Dollar Hide scheduled for Saturday March 22 at 11am. If you would like to help, please be at the church by 10:45am.

Kids Bowling is Saturday March 22 from 1pm-3pm. Prizes will be given if you bring a friend. If you want to bring a friend, they will need a permission slip filled out and turned in TODAY. There is a sign up sheet in the foyer.

Good Morning Everybody

I received a prayer request from Marsha for a cousin from the Reading area named Dennis. Dennis was dealing with a severe headache and was taken to the hospital. While there they discovered his sugar was high as well as his blood pressure. Since he has been placed in the ICU and put on a ventilator. The doctor has told them he is in a critical condition.

We ask that you pray for Dennis’s health. Pray that the doctors would be able to get the sugar and blood pressure under control and be able to regulate them soon. Pray also that the medical staff would be able to ween him off of the vent as soon as possible and that Dennis would make a complete recovery as soon as possible.

Board Meeting is Thursday March 13 at 7pm.
