Prayer Request

We received word from Pastor Kevin’s son Shane, that Maygan’s great grandmother, Betty Rice, passed away Friday evening. Betty has been living at Donahue Manor for the past few years. While her passing may not have been completely unexpected, the family will still mourn her passing as they celebrate the life she lived.

We ask that you lift up the Rice family in this time. Pray that they would celebrate the great memories they share with Betty; that they would remember the love she shared and continue to share her legacy with the generations to come. Pray that as they mourn that the Lord would comfort their sorrow, and give them peace for each new day.

Thank You

Prayer Requests

We were asked to put Randy Imler’s brother Rudy on our prayer chain. Rudy is experiencing extreme confusion and he and his family really need our prayers at this time. We ask that you would pray first for Rudy physically to receive healing for whatever is causing the confusion. Please pray that he will cooperate with the medical staff and allow them to treat him with the medications that will help him get back on his feet and return home as soon as possible. Also pray for his family. Pray that they will be comforted in this time and that the Lord would support them in this time of confusion and difficulty. Pray that in this Christmas season that the Lord would give them a sense of peace and joy until Rudy is able to return to health and home.

We also received a prayer request for a young man named Matt Eckman. He was unloading a coal truck early this morning when his truck came into contact with a power line and Matt was electrocuted. He was taken to the hospital where medical staff is trying to get his heart regulated and treating the severe burns on his hands. We ask that you pray that Matt makes a full recovery and that the Lord heals him completely. Pray also that the Lord would watch over and comfort him and his family during this Christmas Season and the days to come.

Thank You

Prayer Request

We received a prayer request for Amber Clark. Amber is the fiancé of young Dave Musselman. Amber is pregnant and has been on bed rest the past few weeks. Yesterday she was taken to the hospital in preterm labor; the baby is not due until January 26. Amber was later transferred to Conemaugh Memorial Hospital for better care.

We ask that you pray for this child to be delivered at the appropriate time and that it will be healthy. We also ask that you pray the Lord would be with Amber as she endures this. She must be having all kinds of worries and emotions. Pray that she would remain healthy as well and that both baby and mother would be able to come home healthy and safe.

Thank You.
