Hi Everybody

I received a prayer request from Chris Imler for her brother George. George was taken to the hospital with bad kidney stones and it was found that he is dealing with a severe infection as well. They are going to perform a procedure to remove the stones but their greater concern is for the infection. We ask that you would pray for George to be comforted and healed by the hand of the Lord. Pray that the medical staff will be blessed by the Holy Spirit to identify and work to heal all that may be giving George difficulties including the removal of this infection and these stones. Also pray for his family in this time as they worry and wait. Pray that the Lord would provide them the comfort that is needed in this time.

There will be a Kindness Outreach Car Wash on Saturday May 06. Please be at the church at 1pm. Any questions, please speak with Jan or Pastor Kevin.

Children’s Day is NEXT Sunday May 7.

NYI/Graduation Day is coming up. Parents, we will need 5 or 6 pictures of your teens. There is also a small form for each teen to fill out. These were handed out LAST Sunday. If you need a new form, ask Penny. Pictures and Forms are due to Ashley NO LATER THAN SUNDAY MAY 14,  to allow time for her to do the slide show.

Hi Everybody

I just received a prayer request for my niece Jerica’s husband Matt Weaver. Matt was having issues with his eye going completely black. He was seen at the Nason hospital where they found his carotid artery is blocked. They then transferred him to UPMC Altoona for further testing. Matt is around 30 years old and has been a diabetic for many years. Matt and Jerica have three young children.

We ask that you would pray for Matt that they would be able to identify a treatment plan to clear the blockage in an effective manner and minimize any future vision loss. Pray that the family will be comforted in this time and that Matt will make a complete recovery in the days to come.

Family Fun Night is Friday April 28 at 6:30pm.

NYI 30 HOUR FAMINE is THIS Friday and Saturday. Teens will begin their fast immediately after lunch THIS Friday April 28. You can have water, juice, or popsicles until we meet at the church at 4:30pm.

NYI baked goods will be ready for pickup NEXT Sunday April 30.

There will be a Fellowship Meal NEXT Sunday April 30. Please bring a covered dish or dessert to share. Drinks and paper products will be provided.
