Ryot Church of the Nazarene

VBS is THIS week from 6pm-8:30pm. VBS is for all kids 3 and potty trained through 12 years old. Registration each night will begin at 5:30pm. 

CR will NOT meet at the Church TOMORROW because of VBS. They will be meeting at Randy & Chris’s “God’s Country” property off of 96 at 6pm. Any questions, speak with Lynn.

There will not be Wednesday Evening Services or Craft Night THIS week because of VBS. Wednesday Morning Service will still meet.

Our Annual Block Party is Saturday July 22 from Noon-3pm. Meat, drinks, and paper products will be provided. Please bring a covered dish to share. Kids should bring a swimsuit for the waterslide, a towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. Your child will get wet and dirty.

NYI and anyone else that is available to help with setting up should be at the church by 10am.

Holly Wentz will be speaking on Sunday July 23.

Wednesday July 26, we will be watching the movie Jesus Revolution at 6:30pm. Everyone is welcome.

Sunday July 30 we will be having CR Sunday. 

We will  be having a Fellowship Meal on Sunday July 30 after Services. Please bring a covered dish to share.

Celebrate Recovery will be having Special Music on Monday July 31 beginning at 6:30pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Hi Everybody

I received a prayer request for Danielles mother. Danielle’s mother was in a bicycle accident a while back and was in a Rehab center for healing. She was recently taken to the emergency room and diagnosed with sepsis. We ask that you would lift her mom up in prayer and prayer for her healing and recovery. Pray also for Danielle’s father and the rest of the family as they wait for improvement.

Sunday Services July 09 will be held at ABC Fire Co. Services begin at 10am. There will not be any services at the church.

Special Ministries Meeting is Tuesday July 11 at 7pm.

VBS is Coming!! 

If you are planning to help with VBS, all clearances must be up to date and on file in the church office. 

Because the snacks are theme based, please buy exactly what was listed on the donation sheets.

The donation list is in the foyer, if you need to see what you signed up for.

We still need to borrow 2 Christmas Trees.

All items must be to the church NO LATER THAN Wednesday July 12. If you are unable to get something you signed up for, please speak with Penny immediately.

Board Meeting is Thursday July 13 at 7pm.

A Baby/Child Dedication Service is planned for NEXT Sunday July 16. 

VBS Setup is after services NEXT Sunday July 16. Speak with Adena for more information. This is a Service Project for NYI.

Special Ministries Meeting scheduled for Thursday July 6 has been moved to Tuesday July 11 at 7pm.

First Friday Breakfast at Denny’s is July 07 at 8:30am.

We still need a few people for the Prayer Tent @ ABC Fire Co on Saturday July 8 from 9am-4pm. There is a sign up sheet. We need at least 2 people for each time slot.

Hi Everybody

I received news last evening that Amy and Carl’s grandmother, Elsie Beegle passed away. We ask that you would pray for all of the Beegle and Musselman families during this time and as they mourn. Pray that the Lord would supply the strength to get through this time and the peace which comes with knowing The Lord’s assurance. Pray that in the days and weeks to come that the family will be able to look back on Elsie’s life with pride and joy and continue to share her story with future generations.
