Prayer Requests and Updates

Randy Imler’s sister, Cindy Crissman was experiencing chest pains and went to the hospital, after testing there were no signs that she suffered a heart attack. So they plan to do testing to check for a blood clot. She is in excruciating pain and is being given much pain medication. We ask that you pray that the pain would subside and that the Medical staff is able to identify the cause of her pain. Pray also that Cindy would be healed completely and able to return home as soon as possible.

We also have an update on the prayer request for Thad Yothers mother. Betty passed away Tuesday. We ask that you continue to keep the Yothers family in your prayer as they mourn the loss of a wife, mother, and grandmother. Pray that they will be comforted in Betty’s passing and find peace in the days to come.
We received a prayer request for Nick Damjanovich. Juleen received a message from Nick during Sunday School stating that he was sick, went to a walk in clinic who sent him to the hospital. At this time Nick is having diagnostic and blood work done to try and diagnose his problem and situation, but has no answers yet. We are asking that you pray for Nick’s health, that the medical staff is able to quickly diagnose Nick’s illness and treat effectively. Pray that he would be relieved of this illness and recover completely. Pray also for the family to be comforted while he is away for work and not able to be by his side during this illness.
Thank You.

Prayer Requests

We received a prayer request for the mother of Thad Yothers; Thad is a fireman in Alum Bank. Thad’s mother is in very poor health and the doctor’s prognosis is not very positive. Yesterday Thad headed to Florida to be with her and the family.
We are asking you to pray for the family during this time. Please pray that she will be comforted and that the whole family will rely on the Lord for strength and peace in the days to come.

Thank You.

Prayer Request: Update

We have an update on the young man we prayed for this past Sunday Morning who was in a car accident. His name was Lincoln Brubaker and he is the nephew of Bill and Bobbi Brubaker. In the accident Lincoln suffered a broken Sternum, broken nose, broken pelvis in several places, a possible injury to his kidneys, a head injury, and was placed on a ventilator. He was transferred to Children’s hospital in Pittsburgh where Monday he underwent surgery to repair his pelvis, but due to issues related to his injuries was not able to make the repairs as they would have liked. He regained consciousness on Tuesday and the ventilator was removed. He is currently having lapses in his memory so they are scheduling an MRI.

We ask that you continue to remember Lincoln in prayer. Pray that he will be healed and make a full recovery. Pray that the medical team working with him will be empowered to do what is necessary to help his body heal correctly. Also pray for the family to be comforted during this time and that they will lean on their faith as they meet each new day.

Thank You

Prayer Request

I have a prayer request to pass along. Olivia (Miller) Cunningham was shot and killed in a random act of violence 4/16 at an outlet mall in Sevierville Tennessee. Emily was a member of the McConnellstown Church of the Nazarene’s congregation and NYI as well as participated in the District Impact team when she was growing up. She also participated with our teens at area and district events. In recent years she married and moved to Lititz Pennsylvania.

I am asking that we remember the Miller and Cunningham families as well as the district church family as they mourn Olivia’s passing and celebrate her life and ministry. Pray that the family will find peace, forgiveness, and joy in the days to come.

Thank You
