Hi Everybody

I received a call this morning, from Bonnie stating that Tom Watkins was taken to the hospital and has suffered a stroke. We ask that you would lift up Tom and his family in this time, pray that the Lord would relieve Tom of the symptoms and side effects of this stroke. Pray the medical team would be able to act quickly and accurately in treating the stroke and their treatment would be exactly what Tom needs in this time. Pray that Tom would make a full recovery and that he and his family would feel the presence of the Lord in their midst, comforting and strengthening them for each new day.

Petersburg Church of the Nazarene is planning to host a Prayer Retreat with 

Dr. Estelle (Gross) Cyrus on September 29-October 01. There is a flyer with more information on the Bulletin Board. We need to RSVP, so please let Pastor Kevin or Penny know if you want to go by NEXT Sunday September 24.

There will be a Nature Walk @ Shawnee Sunday October 01 at 2pm. We will be meeting at the large parking lot near the beach area. Everyone is welcome to attend. Any questions, speak with Adena.

HI Everybody

I just received a message from Lynn Freeman. She is having a medical emergency with stroke like symptoms and has called the EMT’s. We ask that you pray for Lynn, pray that the symptoms are not anything serious pray that the symptoms would disburse and she would return to good health. Also pray that during this time that her and her family’s fears would be comforted by the Lord.

Hi Everybody

I received a prayer request for a woman named Crystal Sparks. Crystal had a severe heart attack and is in the hospital. They are hoping to do a Cath and possibly insert stents to treat her condition. We ask that you pray for Crystal and her family. Pray that the treatment plan of the doctors is effective and she is able to make a full recovery and come home as soon as possible in good shape.

Hello everyone. We received a prayer request for Lynn Freeman. She is not feeling well and is going to the emergency room. Please pray for the medical staff that will be treating her that they can diagnose her quickly. Pray that Lynn will receive treatment and make a complete recovery.
