Hi Everybody

I received a prayer request from Kitty Miller for Butch Cooper. Butch is Missy’s father-in-law. Butch suffered a heart attack and is in the hospital. They have found no damage to his heart but they have identified three blockages. To treat the blockages, they will be performing a triple by-pass surgery tomorrow if they are able to get it scheduled.

We are asking that you lift Butch up in prayer, pray that the Lord place upon him, and his family, His peace and comfort. Pray also that the Lord would give the medical staff wisdom knowledge and skills necessary to complete this operation and bring Butch back to good health. Pray that as the days pass that Butch would make a complete recovery and return home, healed and refreshed.

Hi Everybody,

I received word from Becky Hardy that she spoke with her niece Melissa regarding her husband Ken. Ken has osteomyelitis, and sepsis and the doctors plan to amputate Ken’s leg today.

We are asked to lift him up in prayer. Pray for the medical staff to have wisdom to do what is right in treating Ken. Pray also that no matter what treatment option chosen, Ken will be healed by God’s hand and make a full recovery. Pray also for His family in this time to be comforted and lifted up.

There are several cancellations in the next few weeks and some planned activities have been moved to different dates. Please check over the Calendar of Coming Events in the bulletin.

Kids Slinky Action Trip has been moved to Saturday May 04.

The Annual Pro-Life Dinner is Friday April 26 at the Pennwood Bible Church. Dinner begins at 6pm. Doors open at 5pm. You have been pre-registered and will need to give your name when you arrive.

There will be a World Evangelism Fund Meal on Sunday April 28 following Sunday School. We will have more information next week.

Tracee Brown has just found out that she has cancer in her stomach lining. She will be having emergency surgery next Friday April 19.

Please pray for all the doctors treating Tracee, that they will provide her with the best care and treatment.

Pray that the surgery is a success, that the cancer is not in Tracee’s stomach muscle, and all cancer cells are removed from her body. Pray that she heals quickly.

Please also pray that Tracee, Tom, and her family are filled with hope and they will find strength and comfort as they face this battle.

Wednesday Evening Services scheduled for THIS Wednesday have been CANCELED. Wednesday Prayer Meeting at 12:30 will still be held.

Board Meeting scheduled for Thursday April 11 has been CANCELED.

Craft Night has been moved to Thursday April 11 at 6:30pm.

Work Day scheduled for Saturday April 13 has been CANCELED.

Kids Slinky Action Zone Trip planned for Saturday April 13 has been moved to Saturday May 04.

We need volunteers for Children’s Church for April and May. Clearances are required. If we do not have volunteers, we will not have Children’s Church.

Building & Grounds Meeting is Thursday April 04 at 7pm.

First Friday Breakfast is Friday April 05 at 8:30am.

There is a sign up sheet in the Foyer for the Annual Pro-Life Dinner on Friday April 26 at Pennwood Bible Church.  The cost is $20 per person. The church will pay half, making it $10. We have to RSVP so we will have to know if you are going by Sunday April 07.

NYI, please be at the church by 10am. This is a Service Project.

Easter Egg Hunt is at 2pm.

Registration begins at 1:30pm.

If you would like a registration form to fill out ahead of time, they are in the foyer.

There will be a short practice immediately following the Egg Hunt for any kids singing.

Celebrate Recovery Step Program is CANCELED for that day.

Our Easter schedule for NEXT Sunday March 31 is as follows:

Easter Sunrise Service will be on top of the hill off Crissman Road beginning at 6:50am.

Breakfast will immediately follow.

Easter Service begins at 9am.

NO SUNDAY SCHOOL.

Hi everyone,

You may have noticed a flyer on the bulletin Board and an order sheet on the table in the foyer to raise funds for expenses incurred for my coming grandson, Jayce’s medical visits.

This fundraiser is not being conducted by our church, but we are assisting with it. I have agreed to submit all orders from the sheets in our church and pick them up at the Bedford location. I will then bring them to the fellowship hall on that day where you may pick up your order.

I will collect the payments at that time and give them to the fund raiser.

Wednesday Evening Groups will be having an Ice Cream Social on Wednesday March 20 at 6:30pm.

There are Dollar Hide envelopes in the Foyer. Take an envelope, place $1 bills inside, DO NOT SEAL, and place in the offering plate. You do not need a separate envelope for each dollar. Envelopes are due back by Wednesday March 20.
